Rules & Regulations
Check-in
All occupants must register with the Campground Check-in Booth to receive camping spot assignment and armbands. All fees are due at booking of campsite. (4 persons max per tent site & 6 persons max for RV sites) A penalty of $100.00 per person will be enforced if the occupancy rule is violated.
Changes
These rules can be changed or amended at any time by Moffat Sky Ranch. A list of rules will be posted in public areas of the campground.
Transfers
Reservations can be transferred to another individual up to March 5th 2024. Contact us to transfer the reservation. Only Registered guests will be allowed to occupy campsites. A $50.00 transfer fee will be required at time of transfer.
RV's
RV's must be fully self-contained. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Generators may run 7am-10pm
Children
Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours will be observed between the hours of 10pm to 7am.
Campsite Areas
All tents, RVs, vehicles and personal belongings must fully fit within your designated camping spot.
THE OPERATION OF A BUSINESS
The operation of business on the Property is prohibited.
Campsite Privacy
Please respect other campers by not walking through occupied campsites. There will be designated walking and driving paths throughout the campground.
Speed Limit
Vehicle Speed limit throughout the campground will me 5mph. (This is for camper's and pedestrian safety. Anyone driving recklessly or at excessive speeds will be asked to leave premises.)
Vehicles
Only 1 vehicle permitted per registered campsite. This includes both tent and RV sites. Motorhomes will be allowed 1 towed vehicle
Campfires
There will be no open campfires allowed within any campsite. Self-contained BBQ grills using propane or charcoal are allowed.
Drones
Drones are prohibited within and above the campground except for approved photography, news or security personnel.
Glass Containers
No glass beverage containers of any kind permitted. All drink containers must be paper, plastic or aluminum. (This is for general safety to avoid broken glass, but also we do not want our pets/livestock finding or stepping on broken glass after this event.)
Conduct
No person or service animal, shall disturb the peace or make unreasonable noise.
Pets
Pets must be on a a leash at all times. A waste bag must be used when walking, and clean-up is your responsibility. Animals must always be accompanied by owner when outside. Unattended or tied and tethered is not permitted.
Property Damage
Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys or harms campground property or equipment will be held liable for said property's repair or replacement.
Food and Drink
Campers are allowed to bring their own food, drinks and coolers to the event. There will be food and drink vendors available throughout the campground and entertainment area. Food and Drink sales are strictly prohibited without prior approved vendor application.
Trash Bins
Campsites must be kept clean and tidy. There will be a dumpster onsite for your use. Please pick up after yourself.
Restrooms
There will be restrooms (porta-potties) and handwashing facilities located throughout the campground.
No Smoking
No smoking onsite or in common areas. Smoking inside your RV is allowed.
Cutting Vegetation
Cutting Vegetation is prohibited unless previously agreed upon with owner.
THE STORAGE OF HAZARDOUs Materials
The storage of hazardous materials anywhere on the Property is prohibited.
DRUGS
The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia anywhere on the Property is prohibited.
Violence
Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated.
Weapons
The display, discharge, or possession of any weapon that may alarm others is prohibited.
Any guest found in violation of these rules may be asked to vacate the campground, Without Refund.
Liability
Moffat Sky Ranch and anyone associated with, will not be held responsible for loss or damage to RV/camping occupants’ property due to theft, loss, fire, vandalism, any other casualty, wild animals, or acts of God or Nature. Camping Tenants expressly assume all risks of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance for such losses.
Indemnification
Camping tenants indemnify and hold harmless Moffat Sky Ranch, associates, officers, and employees from all claims, liability, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for injury to person, loss of life, or damage to property arising out of tenant’s exercise of his rights hereunder, except as may be caused by the gross negligence or intentional acts of Moffat Sky Ranch or its officers and/or employees.
